All Passense products are warranted by Passense to be free from any defects in workmanship and materials.
The warranty only applies to the original owner of the bicycle and proof of purchase and professional assembly is required for the warranty to be valid. Cost of shipping the product back to Passense and any labor charges incurred are not covered.
In addition, Please send an email to email@example.com with any problems you are having with our product, even if you do not think it is covered under this warranty policy. We will do our best to take care of any issue you are having with our products.
1 YEAR WARRANTY AGAINST BREAKS AND CRACKS
Any frame, fork and handlebar that develops a crack or break on a weld within 1 year from the date of purchase, proven with the original sales receipt, will be replaced at no cost. Cracks or breaks caused from dents, bends, or modifications will not be covered.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
There are a few things we are unable to cover under our warranty.
Passense cannot take responsibility for any damage from normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, custom alterations, modifications, accidents, improper use, or failure to follow instructions.In addition, the following items are NOT covered under the warranty: tires, tubes, grips, brake pads, and cables. These parts will undergo considerable wear and tear, and are not covered.
Once the warranty return has been confirmed. you must send the defective product back to us and include the receipt or other proof of original ownership. When shipping the items to us. After we examines the part and determines a product is defective or faulty, your product will be replaced free of charge.
It is important to tighten all of the bicycle’s cranks, pedals, lock rings, and other screws and components before riding. These components should be tightened regularly and checked after every bicycle ride. Stripped components and threads are a result of loose bicycle parts and will NOT be covered by this warranty. It is the rider’s responsibility to ensure that the bicycle is properly assembled and that components are tight before every ride.
